Hello! My name is Jamal Alniel, and I am a game developer currently studying at Mediacollege Amsterdam. I am passionate about gameplay design and aim to specialize in creating engaging and enjoyable gameplay experiences. I am also highly interested in virtual reality (VR) and enjoy exploring the unique possibilities and innovations it offers.
I have experience working with the Unity Engine, where I write C# code, as well as with Unreal Engine, using its Blueprint system to design and implement systems, mechanics, and gameplay elements. I am fluent in both English and Dutch, and I possess a broad understanding of computers and technology in general, which supports my work as a developer.
In my free time, I enjoy a variety of activities, including playing and competing in video games, experimenting with new hobbies, and exploring creative projects. I particularly enjoy fighting games, with my favorites being Guilty Gear Strive, BlazBlue, and Yomi Hustle. Recently, I have also begun learning Blender and experimenting with Godot, expanding my creative and technical skills beyond programming.
